big conglomerate Dental office

My dentist worked part-time in one of those big hedge fund dental offices for some extra cash. They paid him something like $50/hr, hardly worth his time. When I see him directly, it's $250 for a half-hour, he gets to keep most of the money. He does have to pay rent and expenses and overhead, but it's still way more profitable for him.
