I've heard of these issues in corporations but now the "disease" is spreading to doctor and dental offices and other small businesses. I've had two doctors and a dentist retire on me over the past five years. Not sure if this is one of the reasons why but both doctors complained about big conglomerates taking over as well as government regulations and hoops they had to jump through. They just work as long as necessary and call it quits in this business climate.
