Most men aren't interested in a dental hygienist job. Its mostly a women's field. There should be a much higher bar to bring a case of sexual harassment at work then exists today. A dentist's office is a very close work environment. To some women today, a slightly dirty joke or a compliment about how nice you look is a form of sexual harassment.
