Mark Elias is an unethical, evil slime ball but he does manage to stay below the radar. Karl Rove was shrewd but not evil like Elias. There is no lower creature on Earth than an unethical lawyer.

Trump was very naive to the ways of Washington during his first presidency, but he gets it now. In his first term he chose Pence as his VP (on the advice of Ivanka and Jared), and now he has J D Vance who is an excellent choice for VP. He campaigns just as hard as Trump and supports the Trump vision for the country. Trump made some horrible picks for the people closest to him, but there were some good ones.

The Democrats did ambush the 2020 election using mail-in ballots and Covid. Republicans now realize how clever they were at cheating to win the presidency. There are too many eyes on them now to pull off the same kind of cheating as 2020.

If we win I think Trump will pick people he can trust. He knows who his friends are after the past few years.
