If you are following the police around all day and obstructing them, assaulting them, and starting fights, then you deserve to get shot.

How did police get so cucked that we expect them to do nothing when a violent mob is following them around all day?

The whole point of government is monopoly on use of force. If another group is able to use violence and get the government to back down, then you don't have a government anymore.
