The fundamental issue, I think, is whether or not local police are assisting ICE operations.

In some places they are assisting and the operations are going smoothly. Trump reckons this is happening even in some Democrat states.

In other places police are not assisting and the operations are having various problems. Minneapolis is one such place and two people have been killed. Walls and Fry both need a bomb put under them, and instruct the police to assist. But according to treehouse, they and a variety of interests are all protecting a decades-old fraud operation.
