DEI is Sabotage (Public Board)

The philosophy of DEI was invented by Communists. The "revolt of the working class" didn't happen like they expected, so they rebranded everything as race struggle instead of class struggle.

The whole point of DEI is that, instead of hiring by ability, you have race quotas.

It's even more harmful when everyone decides at the same time to aggressively hire for DEI. There just isn't a qualified pool of experienced "diverse" people. People wind up being promoted into jobs they aren't qualified for.

It is a massive sabotage to the US economy. Not only do you have to hire for DEI quotas, but you then have to pretend they're actually qualified for their jobs. You can't just park them in jobs where they can't do damage. You have to put the DEI hires in places where they have real responsibilities.

I see this at work. There are blacks and women who obviously were only hired for DEI. They're so unqualified compared to everyone else. But I can't say anything, or that's harassment and I would get fired. Further, they're used to coasting through their career having their ass kissed, even though they're unqualified for their jobs. They have an attitude problem like they're super geniuses even though they know nothing.

For example, they suggest a dumb idea. Fortunately, cooler heads prevail and it wasn't implemented. But the only reason we turned down their idea was "racism" or "sexism". No other reason is valid in their mind. Not only are they unqualified for their jobs, but they can't even improve because any criticism of them is a microaggression.
