I still buy plain frozen vegetables. You just nuke them. In the winter, fresh vegetables aren't that good here. None of the cardboard box meals taste good to me and there's too much salt or sugar in every one of them. I think a lot of them are toxic after reading the ingredients. You can't go wrong if you make your own food.
