Trump was never charged with insurrection and neither were any of the J6er's. It wasn't an insurrection. Raskin has been talking about doing that for awhile but its going nowhere. It didn't work when states used the same argument to try to keep Trump off the ballot because there was no insurrection.

The people of this country delivered a resounding message to Democrats on Nov. 5 that even they can understand. They lost and their lawfare games sure won't work now that Trump won the election.

They're already going to plan B, which is to sabotage his administration, but it will be hard to do this time. Trump knows them all too well and so do the rest of us.
