They are just gorgeous birds but I would be so pissed if they did that to my flowers. I used to grow Dinnerplate Dahlias which have huge flowers. I tried everything to protect them, but the deer loved to eat them so I stopped growing them. One year I grew strawberries. The birds love them too, so I decided to put up bird netting to protect them. Well that didn't work. The birds ate all the strawberries anyway, except one, and got stuck in the netting. It was hard getting them free from the netting and they were none too happy with the process.

I don't know people live with huge birds like that in their homes. I'd love seeing them in the wild but not in my home. The noise would drive me crazy.
