Since they quote 35-50 millions illegals now in the US it seems very probable that this is some of them.

I probably need to face facts though: this neighborhood is in decline. The last residents were a girl whose father bought the house for her and her kid and her boyfriend was a psycho who menaced the neighborhood and beat her (oh, look, more "Hillbilly Elegy" resemblance.) That house has not had a decent resident for 10+ years.
