About that "casa":

All Spanish speakers, maybe the patriarch/dad knows some English but basically - no hablamos ingles.

They seem to have no idea how to act in a suburban plat. IE, usually you replace a driveway by renting and bringing in equipment that can break up and cart off the concrete. They were doing everything slowly and noisily with hand tools. So what would have been 2-3 days of minor racket became 6-8 weeks of purgatory as they cut everything with hand tools.

(They probably had no money for proper tool rental, but OTOH they have a fleet of $150K+ tied up in fancy full sized pickups and SUVs.)

The entire family (there seem to be maybe 7-10 people in the house including kids at different times) doesn't interact with any other neighbors. They don't even nod or give a small wave driving by. My impression is they are hiding something and definitely don't want to be seen much.

I believe therefore they are Biden's illegals. They show no preparation whatsoever for living in the US. They moved in about 2 years ago... that jibes with the bussing and airlifting of illegals throughout the country. The guy my wife tried to talk to was probably freaked out just by a gringo speaking to him. No English skills, no idea about confining a pet... They have no idea what's expected when living here.

Fuck them up the ass. Deport them all. They are totally shit neighbors. Even the local assholes around here can be dealt with in English.
