I'm very much a cynic when it comes to these grand scale environmental projects. I'm sure the impurities are filtered out already, so why is there a need to experiment to see what happens if they add carbonic acid?

The environmentalists in this world are ruining the environment with their cockeyed ideas from windmills that kill sea life, solar panels that get destroyed if it hails, EV and their batteries, cloud-seeding and soon blocking out the Sun to prevent global warming. They need to leave the Earth alone.
