Nothing about the crap that DePape cited was new or in any way compelling to a leftie. Allegedly DePape lived in a hippie group house in Berkeley.

I can readily see this trial testimony as an opportunity by TPTB to smear the right in order to kill the story and neutralize the unsavory part of it.
