I agree on Greenland and Iran. Consolidating the North American continent is good for the US strategically and geopolitically, threat or no threat, and I don't believe Russia is a threat. Russia wants to consolidate its own territory but NATO is actively countering that. Iran was as unwise as Greenland was wise. Why anyone thought that project would succeed is beyond me. I guess they were acting on wishful-thinking-intel.

To cheer up Pop, I do suspect that Trump was involved in a crypto pump and dump. Certainly, he has reneged on some of his promises.

Now that the US has a security deal with Denmark and Greenland, we can have a strategic military presence there that monitors the Arctic shipping routes. Greenland will support the "Golden Dome" missile defense system. I don't see Russia as a threat either, they're more like a competitor. The US wants to explore Greenland and the Arctic's natural resources and now we're in a good position to do it.

Iran is such a Pandora's box and its a burden economically for the people in the US (and world-wide, really) because of oil prices. It drives up the price for everything. In the end, the only way to defeat Iran is regime change and to get rid of the IRGC, something Trump doesn't want to do, but he may be forced to. There is no way to come to an agreement they will abide by with their current leadership.

Yeah, what Trump did with crypto does look like pump and dump, but I'm surprised Trump would intentionally do something like that knowing he'll be investigated endlessly.
