The problem is that I don't know how to write a GDExtension, and the official documentation is confusing. Gemini somehow has the ability to read the Godot source and not just the documentation, so it's giving me better answers.

If I knew how to write a GDExtension, it would be way faster to just write it. Since it's a learning exercise for me, I can just ask Gemini. Once I get something that works, I can edit it, since I still mostly understand the code.
