Apparently the domain used to be a Star Wars fan forum but was really a government honeypot.

I find these things by plagiarizing social media posts (X, Reddit, Youtube, etc)

In this case it was from a Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1agNXZihwFo

The FBI is currently subpoenaing the identity of the operator of archive.today and this guy talks about it (archive.today is the only reliable way to find unedited historical snapshots of websites.)

Agents were actually communicating with each other on the Star Wars website? That's so stupid. Then the site got hacked and I guess that's why it now redirects to the CIA. You would think the agents would have used a more discreet way to communicate with each other.

I read somewhere about the FBI looking for the operator of archive.today. That's a treasure trove of information I'm sure they'd love to sift through.
