POTUS vs US SC comes to a head (Public Board)

District courts have assigned to themselves veto power over the executive power of the president. The president has challenged the Supreme Court to smack them down.

It's on. This is the big one.

POTUS vs US SC comes to a head

These district court judges only have jurisdiction over their districts, not the entire country. They know that, but will still try to block anything Trump tries to do to slow down his agenda to deport dangerous criminal gang members. Its nonsensical for any judges to defend the supposed due process rights of these illegal invaders. They are not citizens, they are invaders that have committed heinous crimes in our country.

The Supreme Court should smack them down because they're trying to usurp the power of the presidency but Chief Justice Roberts is unlikely to give Trump the win easily. He's always been in bed with the Democrats and is no friend of Trump.

Civil War within the gov if the Supreme Court does not favor the Admin

I could see this scenario:

Commie/pussies in the Supreme Court (including Roberts) fail to countermand the presumed authority of district judges.

(and I seriously hope they do and push down the authority of district judges - this is an existential crisis for the very definition of what the POTUS embodies.)

Trump instructs his admin to act/continue to act on his policies anyway. (Which I agree with, there is too much at stake to allow district judges to set legal precedent like this.)

The AG is Pam Bondi, sworn to uphold "the law" whatever the fuck that is in today's climate, but is disinclined to go with anything outside her favored side. She would not assist in enforcing the district judge's decrees. I suspect even if she is by legal definition supposed to support the judge's overreach she will not.

What happens then? They start attempting to arrest Trump's cabinet members or outside helpers like Musk for acting illegally?

This country's about to melt down and it's the god-damned fucking commies and leftists to blame for poisoning the US since Obama took office.

If Trump has to defy the judges' rulings openly in order to implement policies you will probably have local law enforcement and judges in every single state making arrests and creating injunctions randomly depending on the local whim. That will be the point at which you have massive funded riots by the left and martial law. The entire concept of order will be lost.

I don't have much faith in our Supreme Court supporting Trump's deportation of illegal alien criminals. They invaded our country and broke our laws but somehow our justice system wants to give them due process rights.

I think Trump will find a way to get it done no matter how they rule. His administration is all-in on getting the job done. The invaders are going and so are the trannies. They can't stop the Trump agenda forever. It's coming one way or the other, no matter what happens.

We're fighting the leftist marxist commies. Its sad to look at how they've infiltrated and taken over our country for so long. We're so f*cked up as a country because of them. Now we have a chance to get rid of their policies or deal them a significant blow. Its a tough battle.

No matter what Trump does the left overreacts to it. Thats a given. They're going to fight it and it'll get mainstream news coverage for awhile but in the end it means nothing.

Trump found a way around judge's deportation ruling

haha makes you wonder whether Trump deliberately got everyone exercised over the 1798 Act while always having, as either Plan B in the event of an adverse court ruling or simply Plan A, the intention of using Title 8.

17 deportees. Cute.

Trump always has a plan B. He has learned very well over the past 10 years all about how Democrats use the crooked judges in the Judicial branch and crooked law firms outside of that. He wanted to use the 1798 Act because it would be easier to deport them en masse. It would bypass some immigration laws.

Getting rid of these thugs is in everyone's interest. They're criminal gang members. The worst of the worst. No one should question their deportation because they invaded our country and committed crimes while here. Democrats always side with the criminals supposed "rights". They defend the killers and rapists.

17 deportees is not nearly enough, but every one counts.

Justice Roberts

I was surprised that Roberts ruled in favor of Trump. He said it was because of Boasberg's lack of jurisdiction, which is true, so he was forced to. Trump still has to give reasonable notice to future targets to challenge their deportations. Gang thugs and other criminals don't deserve anything but deportation in my opinion. These people are sent right back to prison in their own countries after we deport them.

Trump was right when he said other countries emptied their jails into the US. They commit crimes here and our judicial system wants to give them due process rights. They don't deserve that. They're criminals.
