I can't tell you how overjoyed I am that President Trump did that. Also, the next day the NCAA decided that only biological females can compete in the women's division. It is back to commonsense and reality, finally.
Girls and women were cheated out of so many victories because of the trans-women who are just faking it to take the trophy and prizes. Its so sickening that this was ever allowed to go on in women's sports.

That same executive order puts pressure on the International Olympic Committee to adopt corresponding standards for Olympic sports, which means pressure on all countries to adopt corresponding standards.
It's brilliant.
The knock-on effects of Trump's decisions generally are possibly much more than you credit.
Generally speaking, yanks overrate themselves very badly. But this is one time, the first time in my life, that the US is doing good for itself and in consequence for others. Today is a wonderful time to be alive.

The US has single handedly shaped the entire world since WWII. The world reserve currency, massive amounts of regime change, and the US-ification of the consumer economy, fashion and politics in almost every country.
I'm also not drumbeating the intangible "exceptionalism" thing. Objectively the US has reshaped recent civilization.
But I whole heartedly agree that this is a great time to be alive.
We are living in massively historic times. The American Revolution was a blip relative to the entire world because we had no real power or an economy in 1776. In 2025 we dominate wealth and influence around the earth.
Hence, the de-fanging of the US's massive corruption may be the single biggest geopolitical event in a few centuries. IE: the collapse of the USSR was small beer in comparison.

It would be great if the Olympics followed suit and banned men from women's sports. I saw clips of biological women boxing trans-women and it was just disgusting to see. The real women had no chance. I can't believe the Olympics even allowed it to go on. It was totally unfair.
These are historic times but its going to be a tough fight to get rid of the massive corruption in the US government. I expect to hear a lot of screaming from Democrats as their gravy train is dismantled.

Bigger picture, folks.
It's great that the woke faggots are being muzzled somewhat but that in itself is not the biggest correction we are witnessing. Take away wokeness and DEI and you still have the massive corruption that has pervaded US politics since perhaps Roosevelt and at least since Truman (creation of the CIA.)
Delete wokeness but with a Republican flavor and you're back to the Bush years and the weak assed character of politicians like Mitt Romney and Mike Pence. Not good enough whatsoever and too spineless and self interested to stand up to true evil.
The biggest current story is the de-fanging of the deep state through auditing of dark money (USAID) and the mass elimination of agency jobs. Plus the vehement calling out of corruption and ridiculusness of the deep state system by Republicans and operatives.
I honestly can't believe the level of "FUCK YOU AND DIE" messaging being projected through meaningful actions by the right. Trump and his allies are pounding a stake into the vampire heart of the corruption.
It's not the totality of the corruption of the system being undone. Leftism and communism have deeply infiltrated all institutions of government, learning, and mass media. We're still left with woke faggots in administration and management and governance who want to maintain the leftie status quo.
But tearing away and exposing the base of funding is a start.
