It looks like USAID was a Democrat slush fund to promote their left-wing ideology agenda. They had a $40B budget and used it to push their LGBT initiatives, media propaganda and opposition groups to protest the election of conservative leaders around the world.

Its just sickening that this type of abuse of taxpayer money was allowed to go on for years. I can't imagine how much more abuse has been going on at other agencies.
