It sounds like it will create the world's largest reservoir of soda water.
I've heard of mass asphyxiation from CO2 releases (the "phreatic explosion" issue.)
It sounds like another way to be woke and kill innocent people at the same time, always a win-win. They're probably privileged so they deserve it.
