Civil war would look like the Charlie Kirk assassination (and failed Trump assassination). Political leaders would be getting killed by snipers and IEDs. Right now, it's only happening to right-wing political figures. If people on the right decide to start fighting back, there would be massive bloodshed.

It would not be two sides lined up fighting each other, because there are no clear lines.

Allegedly, the left has a large network of trained assassins ready to be deployed. They are circulating very long target lists.

It doesn't take that long to train an assassin. A few weeks to learn how to use a sniper rifle. Teach basic security measures like scouting the site beforehand and finding a good shooting spot.
