It makes sense that Jill Biden's Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, used the autopen. I'm sure it was at the behest of Jill Biden who acted as if she was the president many times. I don't think Bernal was the only autopen user. There were actually two autopens in use, so someone else probably used the other one.

Biden issued 4,245 pardons or commutations during his presidency, more than any other president in history. Considering the shape he was in, how was that even possible? There are rumors in Congress that pardons were given to some people in exchange for money. Quid pro quo. That sounds like another Biden family grift to me.
