Trump vs. the Judiciary (Public Board)

If you have three co-equal branches of government, why is the Judiciary able to shut down anything the Executive branch wants to do? They've become micro-managers of the Trump Administration's every action. Trump wants to downsize the government and fires people, yet the judges are able to block that temporarily with a bogus order. Every illegal alien criminal deserves more due process before being deported, even the murderers, according to the judiciary.

Its all just more lawfare by the left to stop the Trump agenda and the Supreme Court has not put a stop to it. District Court judges should not be allowed to issue nationwide injunctions to prevent the Trump agenda. No one voted to be governed by the judiciary. I don't remember any past administration that was micro-managed like what they're doing to Trump.

Trump keeps fighting them, but it slows down his agenda. That's what the left wants. They have to protect their illegal alien criminals. It's just bizarre that they're standing up for their supposed "rights". Its sick and embarrassing that any Democrats visited Abrego Garcia, a member of MS13, in San Salvador asking if he's okay. I just don't get it.

I hope Trump will win in the end against the courts because the people are behind him and what he's doing. He's trying to fix the country but Democrats and the RINOs want to keep this BS going.

Because the judicial branch is not answerable to anyone. At least the executive and legislative branches can veto each other temporarily and apply some pressure. But when the Supreme Court fails to act there is nothing and no-one to force it to.

In English common law there is a writ called mandamus which can be used to force a public official to discharge their duty ie do their job. The US would've inherited this writ, for certain. Perhaps it's still there but these days never used?

It defies commonsense that a little court can directly interfere with presidential policy on which he campaigned (successfully). I think a better approach would be that where a little court wishes to make a ruling of this magnitude, it lacks authority to do so and must apply to a higher court for the necessary authority.

Actually, Congress could reign in what some of these judges are doing, but Republicans don't have the votes to do it. So far, Trump has been winning on appeals, but the district judges have filed about 250 legal challenges to whatever he wants to do. The Supreme Court could put a stop to it all at once, but they just ignore most of them. They're on board with slowing Trump down on everything. Its lawfare and all the Democrats have left to stop Trump.

The deep state hates Trump because he was elected to kill their world and he's doing it. The people are behind him and so is the Constitution. Having 250 legal challenges to Trump's agenda is unprecedented and extreme. They're micro-managing the presidency. Its an organized coup by deep state actors in the judiciary.
