I vaguely remember that speech from 2022. I might have seen it on the evening news and it was presented without comment and I mentally said "WTF". It was like "why the hell did he just say he had cancer" and the mockingbird newscaster funded by the CIA is on to the next thing.

That "gaffe" turned out to be a powerful Easter egg for discussion three years later... like hang onto that, it'll probably mean something later.
