Daniel Penny defended passengers on the NYC subway from a deranged man threatening to kill people. He put him in a headlock and later on the man died. He didn't intend to kill him, but he was on drugs that likely caused his death.

A lot of attorneys think this case against him never should've been brought. Others think he will be acquitted, but Penny is white and the deranged man, Jordan Neely, is black. The DA that bought the case is none other than Alvin Bragg. Unfortunately, the prosecutor in this case is Dafna Yoran, a hard-left progressive.

I don't know how biased the jury will be, but its likely many of them have ridden the NYC subways and know how scary it can be if you're trapped with a nut. I'm not sure if he can get a fair trial in NYC, though.

Daniel Penny is going to be convicted and sent to the statutory maximum prison time. (The charges actually have the option of probation-only even if convicted, not going to happen.)

There's a police interview footage of Daniel Penny being a dumbass. He thought the police were there to congratulate him for restraining a dangerous criminal, when they actually were interrogating him for a prosecution. DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE!

He admitted that he restrained Jordan Neely preemptively, before he had actually touched or assaulted anyone else. That's why he's getting convicted. If Jorden Neely had thrown the first punch or already assaulted someone, it would be an easy acquittal. Unfortunately for NYC, crazy person screaming threats on the subway is frequent. There are about 50x crazy person screaming for every time I saw actual violence.

I hope you're wrong about that. Penny did the right thing considering the situation he was in. Restraining Neely preemptively had to happen because he was threatening people. I don't know how you put up with the crazy people on the subways.

The first count against Penny, manslaughter in the second degree, was dismissed because the jury was deadlocked. Now they'll try to convict him of criminally negligent homicide. It looks like they're not going to let him go. They'll convict him of something and probably put him in prison. Its all because he's white and Neely was black.

We wouldn't even watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade because the city is a leftist swine's paradise full of corruption. Just seeing stuff there now is a reminder of this canker sore on the US. The hard left citizens of NYC are directly to blame because they elect asshats like Alvin Bragg. Libtards should own their destruction. FUCK NY.

This is not the outcome Alvin Bragg expected, but the jury did the right thing in the end. I'm shocked because this is the liberal bastion of NYC.

Of course, BLM isn't happy with the verdict and says the trial was rigged. So riots ensue. There is nothing worse than black racists.

Trump needs to start crushing this shit. He was way too lighthanded during the 2020 summer of "luv".

Maybe this will be more of a local issue. Mayor Adams needs to step up and address it. So does Governor Hochul. Every BLM chapter is different so it might not be a national thing. Plus, even black people know Jordan Neely was a degenerate thug that threatened to kill people on a subway. This isn't George Floyd.
