I call this style of speaking "Catchphrase Word Salad". They go from one woke catchphrase to another, without actually saying anything.

I see this a lot at my job, especially in senior management and with DEI hires.

The reason they do this is the woke catchphrases are "approved content". They sound nice. They will never offend anyone no matter what the context. It sounds important without actually saying anything meaningful.
