Basically, she's a f**ing commie and the phrase is a wink and homage to pure Marxism.

Not much more to say. She's stupid and incredibly lazy. She has been catered to her entire career just by embracing leftism. But she knows this is a magic phrase that opens doors and keeps them open for her.

Being a commie and dominating others to steal from them beats work.

I call this style of speaking "Catchphrase Word Salad". They go from one woke catchphrase to another, without actually saying anything.

I see this a lot at my job, especially in senior management and with DEI hires.

The reason they do this is the woke catchphrases are "approved content". They sound nice. They will never offend anyone no matter what the context. It sounds important without actually saying anything meaningful.
