One of the black guys in this video stated this and it makes perfect sense and helps make sense of her campaign:

Harris has social anxiety - like if you watch her mannerisms, if you look at the way she busts out laughing for no reason, like that is her coping with social anxiety. And if you look at, like, her wild numbers when it comes to her staff turnover - if you look at the stories that a lot of her former staff have said it's how she is so insecure about her own capabilities and how she's constantly in a panic and if there was a big event or if there was a room she had to walk into with a lot of powerful people she would make them (her staff) rehearse. Like okay you pretend to be this prominent person and I'm going to walk in and talk to you and then they would do it over and over again and she would freak out. Kamala Harris doesn't even want to be in this position, and honestly I feel like if it wasn't for Barack Obama's influence in the fact that he would really be the president if she were to get elected, I don't even think K would be running right now. She doesn't want that position.

So it was plain before but this critique fills in a lot of holes:

- She cackles because she has social anxiety (and I add probably drunk a lot, too)
- She's extremely insecure in her abilities (I say she has none except throwing people in prison)
- She abuses staff, a clear sign of an insecure boss
- She doesn't want to be in this position - doesn't want to campaign, doesn't want to act as president unless Obama is giving all the instructions. She only wants the title.

Generally presidential candidates are super dedicated men (or women) of steel. She doesn't even want to do the work to get in the office.
