Why is USA's Covid Case and Death Rate Highest in the World? (Main Board)

(Yay, we're #1. MAGA!)

So why is this the case?

Thoughts? (in each case add the subtext "compared to other developed nations")

- Trump has been exceptionally inept in all pandemic related decisions?

- US residents are exceptionally filthy, careless, cavalier about social distancing, and lick doorknobs for sport?

- US health care is particularly inept?

- Our lockdowns ended too early and/or were not stringent enough or enforced well?

- We test for cases much more frequently than other countries did? (skews the numbers)

- Our society's physical mobility and the interconnectedness of the US compared to comparable sized regions around the world which usually have border restrictions or poorer transportation?

- (Related) Our states have wildly inconsistent implementations of safety measures, which prompts unsafe practices such as road trips to circumvent your current state's laws.

There has to be some Occam's Razor fact here, right?

I really don't get this. It's not 100% Trump's fault. He has been stupid in many of his pronouncements and has created false expectations numerous times. But those alone do not result in higher case counts.

I vill trransmit this information to Vladimir.
