Here's a woman that runs an ICE watch in Salt Lake City with 20,000 members. She's run it for a year and openly admits it. I'm sure she doesn't run it by herself. She should be arrested.

They also will lawyer up and drag out any prosecution for years. The next Democratic President would pardon them or drop the charges, making any prosecution or conviction meaningless.

There also are a lot of Democrat-appointed judges. You can't appeal everything. A judge has lots of discretion for whether a prosecution succeeds or fails.

Once someone has more than a certain amount of political influence, they become untouchable.

Trump may need to use the Insurrection Act to stop the riots, but what is really needed is for the DOJ to go after whoever is paying and training these rioters. Cut off the money.
