It Sets A Bad Precedent (Public Board)
If the government is allowed to shut down TikTok, what prevents them from also saying "Elon Musk is an agent for a foreign government. He must sell Twitter or shut it down."?
It sets a really bad precedent that government is able to seize private businesses.
The only reason people are dumb enough to fall for TikTok is that they're already educated to be ignorant and illogical.
