Recovering a re-partitioned windows ssd drive (Public Board)

Not my drive. My understanding is that this drive has been re-partitioned. Does anyone here have practical experience recovering the data lost from such a drive?

I have done this before and I use a tool called Partition Recovery:

Its not cheap at $139 but to me it was worth every penny as I had family pictures, docs, financial info and other things that I wanted back. Stuff that was irreplaceable especially the pictures.

You will need to install it and a separate drive where it can put the recovered data. YOu dont want to use the existing drive as it will write the recovered files to disk.

I have used this many times after the initial time I bought it even on memory sticks and its awesome piece of of software. Even whol partitions that have been lost can be recovered.

I also have their tool called Uneraser:

It also works extremely well.

One question - was it re-partitioned after the data loss or before? If it was re-partitioned after the data loss, some of it is is gone forever. Regardless they should stop using the computer until their data is recovered because it will overwrite sections of the disk while it is running.
